Eng Mohamed Abdel Aziz CEO of Gas Regulatory Authority

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly issued a decree appointing Eng. Mohamed Abdel Aziz as CEO of Gas Regulatory Authority, based on the nomination of Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, to succeed Eng. Karem Mahmoud, whose term of office ended last February.

Eng. Mohamed Abdelaziz’s nomination came through a career full of great achievements and experience that undoubtedly make him qualified to assume this position.

Engineer Mohamed Abdel Aziz was born on December 15, 1963, and graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University in 1985. He held a number of important positions during his career within Enppi Petroleum over many years, where he began his life as an engineer in projects until he assumed the position of assistant to the company’s president for projects in 2017, then he was appointed president of Gascool, where he succeeded in managing the company’s largest project ever, which is the New Administrative Capital project, then he was appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Petroleum for Projects and then returned home again as president of Enppi Petroleum.
